The Belper Well Dressings weekend from 15th to 17th July 2016 included 2 war memorial well dressings in the Belper River Gardens to commemorate the Centenary of the Battle of the Somme in 1916.
One features the temporary Cenotaph installed on Belper Market Place and the Belper War Memorial, the other, by the Belper Gardening Club. commemorated the Somme Centenary and featured a British First World War Soldier in uniform.
